Stephanie brings over a decade of experience leading climate and sustainability initiatives across both private and public sectors. She partners with companies ranging from SMEs to global enterprises to drive sustainable solutions within their businesses. Areas of expertise include, scope 1-3 GHG inventories, setting science-based targets, sustainability reporting, double materiality assessments, and customizing sustainability roadmaps aligned with strategic and regulatory drivers. Her leadership extends to operational strategy, change management, and team development, where she has guided her teams toward streamlining business operations and supports staff in professional growth.
Prior to her current role as Senior Project Manager at SCS Consulting Services, Stephanie served as a REC-market expert for utility-based programs with 3Degrees, and also worked independently as a sustainability consultant for waste solutions through circular economy initiatives. Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from the University of Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Sciences from Washington State University.
