EU Deforestation Regulation compliance has created many challenges for companies that fall within the affected industries — cocoa, coffee, rubber, palm oil, wood and wood products, soy and beef. A key aspect of the regulation is the traceability of goods produced. Many new free and fee-for-service SaaS traceability platforms have been created to offer both location tracking and broad spectrum of data analytics to help companies comply with the EUDR traceability requirements.
