It all started when…

Matt received his M.S. degree in Physics from San Jose State University and started his career as an optical engineer with an emphasis on uses of LASERS in different industries. He worked for various high-tech small and startup companies in Silicon Valley during his first 19 years as a professional. Matt quickly learned what it takes to move a startup through business growth cycles and moved into various executive roles. Later, he co founded a startup that used nano-technology in data storage. Working in the startups, Matt found out very quickly what works and what doesn't.

From there, Matt joined a Fortune 500 multinational company managing an international team of program managers. His team generated revenue between $5 million to $50 million per quarter as new products, essential for the growth of a business, were delivered to both local and global markets. While there, Matt also earned his MBA degree with a concentration in Global Management.

For the last few years, Matt has owned and operated a business consulting company addressing the business needs of small to startup companies. Using his vast first-hand experience in high-tech startup companies, Matt develops and writes business plans.

Matt also uses his network of professional affiliates to provide support in all areas of establishing and running a professional business. Matt brings a broad set of knowledge to his clients, comprising technology, financials, business models, revenue models, logistics, program management, and design for manufacturing.
